I thank God for his word...it never fails. It also helps one identify or reflect on areas we may be deficient in. Today's surprise came through the bible chapter in 1 Corinthians 13. It was suprising yet uncomfortable to see how much I still have to learn when it comes to demonstrating his love to the world.

Five minutes later:"Da-aaaad....."
"WHAT?"
"I'm THIRSTY. Can I have a drink of water??"
"I told you NO!" If you ask again, I'll have to spank you!!"
Five minutes later......"Daaaa-aaaad....."
"WHAT!"
"When you come in to spank me, can you bring a drink of water?"
